Challenge

A major player in the telecom space not only needed to cut the production time of their in-store wall graphics, the brand also needed to cut costs.

Adding to the challenge: each graphics reset required 20 to 28 new large-format versions and the current solution was no longer sustainable.

Solution

Knowing that the current process of printing on a litho press was not meeting the client’s needs, Imagine used Nozomi presses to print their frontside graphics.

This allowed us to preprint magnetic receptive shells weeks in advance of the job, saving on valuable production time.

Results

By transitioning from a litho press to a Nozomi press, Imagine eliminated the need for make-readies, minimized stock requirements, and reduced the production cycle from 21 days to 10.

We also eliminated the need for printing plates, decreasing ink usage by 20% and producing a passed-along cost savings of 25%!

Our solution also uses recyclable content paper instead of vinyl, minimizing supply chain challenges and creating a greener product.

what we can build together.
