Don McKenzie
Chief Executive Officer
Don has been a successful senior executive with over 25 years of CEO and board experience, with a strong emphasis on marketing, brand building, start-ups, technology solutions, team building, and talent development.
Don is currently Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Compensation Committee for The Imagine Group, a $400MM visual communication company and a member of the Cerberus Competitiveness Council. Don is also an Advisor and head of Investor Relations for HomeValet, a start-up solving the last-mile challenge for secure, unattended home delivery of groceries and other parcels. In addition, Don has coached and mentored CEOs across several verticals.
Don has a long history of success as a President or CEO of full-service marketing experience and franchise firms with private, public, and private equity backed ownership. Firms include SourceLink, Direct Group, Transcontinental, CC3, and a division of Advo. Don also led Petsky Punier, a boutique investment bank to the technology, media, marketing, and ecommerce industries.
Don is highly respected for his deep skills in building integrated organizations organically and through acquisition, as well as his business turnaround and transformation experience. To date, Don has led 15 successful transactions.
Over the years, Don has also contributed his expertise to the marketing industry, serving on many industry boards, including being elected twice as Vice Chairman of the Direct Marketing Association, at the time the world’s largest trade association supporting nonprofit and commercial direct marketers. Don is also a frequent speaker on leadership, emerging trends in big data, and integrated communications.
Don and his wife live in Bucks County, PA, are avid golfers, and enjoy spending time with their two grandsons.
Tim Bettenga
Chief Administrative Officer
Tim Bettenga is a steadfast thought partner and strategic advisor who shepherds sound decision-making and a culture of integrity across Imagine. As head of legal, compliance, and human resources, Tim provides strategic advisory for the business, our clients, and our team members. He oversees all legal, governance, compliance, and security functions.
With more than 30 years of experience in private equity and public company environments, Tim has strong expertise in establishing and shaping effective legal, governance, compliance, and risk management programs. Prior to joining Imagine, he provided counsel to a $1 billion commercial construction business which operated worldwide. His career spans manufacturing, production, fulfillment, and distribution business operations.
Principled and dependable, Tim takes pride in making a positive difference in the lives of others. He has built his career on treating everyone with value and respect, and enjoys working with people to navigate challenges, eliminate obstacles, and protect people and communities. In addition to his role at Imagine, Tim devotes his expertise and time to pro bono work for human rights organizations.
Tim received his law degree from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary English Education from the University of Minnesota. He is an avid golfer and collector of rare books and maps, and was a high school English teacher prior to pursuing a career in law.
John Biscanti
Chief Revenue Officer
John Biscanti is a dynamic, collaborative sales leader who drives transformational change and delivers cutting-edge solutions for clients’ most imperative visual communications needs. For more than three decades, John has solidified his reputation for cutting through ambiguity, streamlining organizational processes, and quickly focusing teams on the actions needed to achieve sustainable results.
John previously served as Group Vice President, Publishing & Print Management at Veritiv, a Fortune 500® company. During his tenure, he revolutionized the organization’s structure, operational model, and go-to-market strategy to surpass the industry’s top-line performance and expand profitability.
His entrepreneurial drive enables him to score decisive wins for customers, and has earned him a track record of consistently exceeding corporate goals with highly profitable go-to-market strategies.
As Chief Revenue Officer at Imagine, John leads revenue growth while optimizing the customer experience. He plays a pivotal role in action-oriented, solutions-based initiatives designed to meet clients’ evolving visual communications objectives.
A teacher at heart, John is proud to mentor and develop new talent, empowering a new generation of leaders to reach their personal and professional goals. When he’s not at work, you can find him enjoying the outdoors with his wife, three children, and two grandchildren.
Judy Carle
Chief Financial Officer
Judy Carle leads financial strategy and stewardship for Imagine, managing accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and tax. Working closely with the Imagine team, Judy leverages her deep expertise and experience to advance strategic priorities and sustainable business decisions, while also ensuring an appropriate control environment.
Over the past three decades, Judy has built a distinguished career across complex financial leadership roles. She joined Imagine from the NORDAM Group, a global aviation and aerospace manufacturer. At NORDAM, she served as Chief Financial Officer, with a focus on enhancing business performance and financial execution against strategic initiatives.
Prior to NORDAM, she was Chief Financial Officer of the ESAB segment of Colfax Corporation and also held several financial leadership positions at water solutions provider Pentair, including Chief Financial Officer of its publicly reported business segments.
Judy holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of St. Thomas. She enjoys yoga and long walks and is strongly considering swapping out her tennis racket for a pickleball racket.
Mike Lang
Chief Information Officer
Mike Lang is a strategic and innovative technology leader with over 30 years of experience as a CIO in both private and public sectors. He excels in driving technological advancements, optimizing IT functions, and creating robust business partnerships. At Imagine, Mike oversees the comprehensive technology strategy and execution, including platforms like Dotti, AI, ERP, data and analytics, technical infrastructure, cybersecurity, and customer solution technologies.
Lang has consistently demonstrated his value as a critical business partner across multiple companies. His role involves advancing the company’s technology platforms to better serve customers, boosting productivity, and enhancing the effectiveness of the IT function.
In his previous roles, Lang was responsible for driving customer technology engagements, progressive change initiatives, providing strategic oversight of the IT function, and creating strong business partnerships within the companies he has led. Most recently, Mike was CIO at CommonBond Communities, the largest provider of affordable housing in the Midwest. Prior to CommonBond, Mike spent over 8 years at Honeywell, where he held several leadership roles across both domestic and international service and manufacturing businesses. He eventually became the Vice President and CIO, a position he held for nearly 3 years, overseeing cloud deployments and managing teams of various sizes. Additionally, Mike has served as both CIO and CTO during his tenure. Mike also spent 15 years in a variety of leadership positions at General Electric (GE).
Lang earned an undergraduate degree in computer science from Mount Union University in Alliance, Ohio and currently resides in Minneapolis, MN.
Lang is also a Board Member for the National Marrow Donor Program, Be the Match. He previously served as the Chair for both the Finance and Audit Committee and the Management and Compensation Committee.
Terry Monday
Chief Strategy Officer
Terry is a strategic and collaborative senior executive who drives profitable growth. For three decades, she has solidified her reputation by cutting through the noise, streamlining organizational processes and developing & implementing ‘what now and what next’ roadmaps in the printing, packaging and retail POP market.
A business builder and people connector, Terry has a deep understanding of the importance of the journey and in bringing the team along. She believes in the principle of ‘lift as you rise’ and is proud of the many teams and clients she has worked with over the years. Terry brings extensive revenue-generating leadership experience, excelling in both organic growth and acquisitions. Her success spans with various company structures, including privately owned, private equity backed, and publicly traded companies. She has a proven track record of driving transformative change that is fueled by her entrepreneurial spirit.
Terry is a proud mom who has recently earned a ‘Nana’ title. She finds balance by serving on several religious and private senior and college boards while nurturing her passion for all things Patriots and Red Sox and cherishing time on a beach with a great read!
Robert Grimmett

Robert Grimmett is a visionary creative leader with over 20 years of experience shaping the retail landscape. Renowned for his work with iconic global brands, he is an award-winning entrepreneur and designer. As a thought leader, Robert frequently shares insights at industry conferences and in publications.
At the intersection of innovation and insight, Robert is not
merely a designer; he's a curator of retail adventures. His knack for
anticipating the next big trend transforms the act of shopping into a
captivating narrative, where each purchase tells a unique story. In the
ever-evolving retail landscape, Robert stands as the architect of tomorrow's
consumer experience.
He operated his namesake brand, Robert Mason Co; an omni-channel
retail, private label brand and purveyor of fashion-focused work gear and
supplies. His own brand had a motto of 'work hard and be nice' that resonates
with him today as much as it did then!
A former marathon enthusiast turned cycling aficionado, he
balances the demands of an active lifestyle with a commitment to community.
Serving on The J&J Foundation board and volunteering for The Trevor
Project, Robert's impact extends beyond retail, showcasing a dedication to
social causes that resonates as deeply as his innovative designs.
Bill Rosenthal
President, Midnight Oil
With more than 20 years of agency experience across the entertainment, gaming, and technology industries, Bill Rosenthal is a pragmatic problem solver dedicated to putting people first and exceeding client expectations. As President of Midnight Oil, Bill supports strategic relationship building that paves the way for growth in new and existing markets.
Bill has deep experience building and growing successful creative agency teams and supporting a variety of clients across many consumer categories including theatrical, streaming, gaming, CPG, QSR, and technology. Bill most recently served in the joint role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at creative marketing and communications agency R&CPMK, where he achieved unprecedented profitability while integrating two agencies post-merger.
Determined and results-focused, Bill is known as an approachable, responsive, and fully engaged team builder. He excels at strategically aligning resources to accomplish shared objectives, and believes organic growth is achieved through superior customer service and a keen understanding of client needs. He loves inspiring clients to dream bigger and aim higher.
Bill’s family keeps him grounded and long-distance running teaches him perseverance and humility. Married for over 20 years, Bill has 3 children, 3 dogs, and has completed more than 30 half marathons and 4 full marathons. He currently serves on the board of The Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles.
