Electrolux Heritage Installation
Challenge
As Electrolux prepared to reintroduce and refocus the Frigidaire brand at its global headquarters, the team sought a visually compelling way to honor more than 100 years of innovation and drive focus of the brand in NA within the Electrolux Group portfolio. The goal was to transform an underutilized hallway at the front of HQ into a modern, elevated heritage experience that would resonate with employees, support recruiting and executive tours, and immediately communicate the impact of the Frigidaire legacy.
Solution
Imagine concepted and delivered a fully immersive heritage experience, handling every phase of the project—from initial concepting through design, engineering, fabrication, and installation. At the heart of the installation is a custom lenticular wall, proposed by Imagine’s team, encouraging visitors to pause and explore the evolution of the brand the moment they enter the space. The Chicago branch engineered custom backers for securely displaying legacy Frigidaire appliances and designed fabric structures that articulated key milestones across the timeline.
Results
The result transformed a once‑ordinary hallway into a striking brand centerpiece that greets employees and visitors with immediate immersion into Frigidaire’s heritage. The experience—now a consistent highlight of HQ tours and executive presentations and the recipient of two industry awards—offers a clear, cohesive journey through the brand’s evolution. For Imagine, the project also extended an already strong partnership beyond POP and direct mail into a new category of brand‑level experiential work.
