Following a merger and full rebrand, this financial services company approached Imagine with a need for everyday branded business supplies to support its 1,400 locations.

Each location would require a secure virtual store with tiered access levels for managing orders along with real-time inventory and reporting data.


We designed an intuitive platform with secure logins for individualized access. Administrators have total access as well as approving rights for seamless control over orders placed by managers and other employees.

Weekly real-time reports provide a comprehensive snapshot of inventory levels, backorders, order history, and more. Freight and tax invoicing were customized by individual location and included in item pricing, just as the company wanted.

The initial launch included approximately 200 branded items with unique IDs and functions. What’s more, the company can also track and categorize all costs, as every item is codified.


The marketing collateral and branded merchandise program is now imbued with all the ease and efficiency it had long needed.

Keeping the many locations on brand has been effortless, even as they’ve increased their production to nearly 400 items.
