Mike Ritzenthaler is a seasoned financial executive with more than two decades of experience leading finance organizations and driving transformation across complex, high-growth businesses. He brings a strong track record of strengthening financial infrastructure, enabling profitable growth, and delivering disciplined, data-driven decision-making at scale. As Chief Financial Officer at Imagine, Mike is responsible for the company’s financial strategy and performance, with a focus on supporting sustainable, long-term growth.

Mike is known for his strategic mindset, operational rigor, and collaborative leadership style. His approach aligns closely with Imagine’s commitment to performance, transparency, and continuous improvement. In his role, he leads financial planning and analysis, capital allocation, treasury, accounting, tax, and risk management, while advancing enhanced reporting visibility and financial discipline across the organization. He is focused on building a scalable financial foundation that supports innovation, operational excellence, and strong customer partnerships.

Prior to joining Imagine, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer of Polar Semiconductor, where he played a key role in securing $525 million in investment to support the company’s expansion. During his tenure, he also implemented enterprise-wide financial processes and controls designed to enable long-term growth. Earlier in his career, Mike held senior finance leadership roles at Ecolab, where he led global financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, and enterprise reporting for a $13 billion-plus organization, helping to drive informed decision-making and business performance at scale. Outside of work, Mike lives in West St. Paul with his wife, Sarah, and their two children.
