Pet Supplies Plus came to Imagine in need of a visual merchandising plan that would spotlight and maximize revenue from their high-end product offerings. With no two store floorplans the same, each location required a custom solution.
Solution
After hearing that Pet Supplies Plus had been told by their own construction team that a boutique within the store would be impossible, we were particularly driven to find a way to make their vision a reality. We leaned on our expert internal design team, who devised two distinct yet complementary plans for two different locations.
The first solution incorporated a pop-up-like space, skillfully distinguished with a striking pink metal framework that entices customer curiosity. With architectural limitations in mind for the second location, we developed a cohesive layout that combined vinyl wrapping and arch braces to effectively mimic the other location’s boutique.
Results
Pet Supplies Plus is thrilled with the success of their branded environment design and execution. The pop-up shop with the pink metal frame doubled boutique sales, landing it in the top spot for boutique sales.
Through the magic of merchandising, these specialty spaces are effectively drawing more customers to the high-end products that Pet Supplies Plus offers.
